‘Make it’ Monday: Drawing Inspiration from the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco

Happy Monday!

During this second pregnancy, I’ve run into some obstacles and will be homebound for the remaining few months, which means I need to stay put and find things to do around the Bay Area. And because we live so close to San Francisco, it really hasn’t been a problem. So, craft fair it is!

Yesterday, we headed out to beautiful Fort Mason to check out the Renegade Craft Fair:

Renegade is a curated gathering of the designers, makers, doers, and dreamers that define today’s craft and design communities across the U.S. and beyond.

I love going to these events to see what’s out there, buy cool stuff, try or taste yummy products and draw inspiration for my next DIY project. We also came away with some clothing (for Jason and the new baby), air plants, and cute vases. Some of the amazing crafts being sold were leather goods, candles, lotion, wall art, vases, chairs, greeting cards, purses, shoes, clothing and much more!

Though you can always find some items on their website at RenegadeCraft.com, they come to San Francisco three times a year. The next time will be on July 14 & 15. So, be sure to mark your calendars! And stay tuned for some upcoming DIY projects I’ve got up my sleeve that I’ve been inspired to make.

Enjoy some photos and video of the fair!
