Today on the blog is a quick and easy project Dahlia and I finished this past Saturday morning. I found this project while browsing the craft store looking for other items and came across these lovely spools of tulle. This is when I had my AHA moment. I figured that since Dahlia still loves Frozen and also loves dressing up, this would be the perfect time to make her a tutu. She even cut all the pieces of tulle for me while I helped knot the pieces together!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Spools of tulle (ours was Frozen inspired, so you can use one color or multiple)
- Elastic cord
- Scissors
